Prior to the pandamic, i would use a sonnat three times a week at the end of the work day. And because it's so hot and there, you can't really do anything. So i would just like think of ten things and count it on my fingers. Half of them were mundane, like small things, and the other half were paramount in my life. I feel like splitting it up in that way, and having that, as you said, of stillness a was so important.
