Mark Shivarella and Michael Conahan Pled Guilty to Humble Services Fraud
Mark Shivarella and Michael Conahan pleaded guilty to honest services fraud in February 2009. In July a federal judge knocked that plea deal right off the table. The two judges are now charged with money laundering bribery extortion fraud racketeering and federal tax violations. They were previously accused of orchestrating one of the worst judicial scandals ever.
