China's Collaboration With the International Community Will Be Crucial

CNN's John Defterios asks why he thinks Beijing hasn't tacitly accepted North Korea as a nuclear weapon state. He says China has worked with the international community, obviously, because it's served its own interest. But if that effort is going to be successful, China's cooperation will have to be acquired one way or the other, defterios adds.
