Jenger: It's amazing how many parents who tell me all their kids are so distracted, you know, all they want to do is play video games all day. Jenger: Step number one is mastering those internal triggers where we understand why we have these sources of discomfort. The second step is to make time for traction, teaching kids that, look, an hour of playing video games, there's nothing wrong with that, but let's plan that time. If your kid is playing a video game, leave him alone. This is a big part of ing indistractable, is planning the time in your day.
