Is There a Community of African Students in China?

A lot of African students are going to provincial universities and universities that don't always have the best programs set up for foreign students. They're barred from academic jobs in their home countries because they don't have the right paperwork. I think it would be hard to say which universities were doing better than others, but certainly some were carrying on and building relationships with their students or rather, you know, their PhD graduates.
