How to Turn a Limiting Belief

It's so frustrating to feel like, i'm exhausted, but why didn't I do more? When it's like, well, how could you have done more? You crammed three days worth of task into the single day already. And yet we don't feel satisfied. It's because we're not really working on our prarties. That's when we fall into bed and we feel like, ah, to day was an amazing day. We need day set in like that. Absolutely much of what you teach in your newest book, it's called on purpose. To flip their a limiting belief, which you almosty a limiting Belief, into an empowering belief.
