The Story of Vincent Beggman
Vincent turned that relationship into what he thought of as a real relationship. Under pressure from his father, Vincent reluctantly agrees to leave Cine and her children. He returns yet again to his parents, who have moved to a vicarage near Eindhoven. But he also falls in love again, this time with his neighbor's daughter Margot Beggman. When both families condemn the relationship, she attempts to take her own life by swallowing strict need.
