Africans seem a lot more confident, a lot sort of less sceptical than europeans about the role that their governments are playing. And on a global level, i think this is again, something where there could be co operation in terms of improving measures to besto people's confidence in international authorities. But still, i think at a time of increasing political competition, where countries are often touting the virtues of their own vaxions, its really important try and have a kind of recognized global authority - like antony gunila has said.
