Five Ways to Treat People the Way You Want to Be Treated

Don't try to be cheap and cut corners when you're hiring, because it's just going to cost you in the long run. If a client is struggling mentally, push back their call by one month or so. Don't put yourself in clients shoes: how would you want to be treated? Think about your own process from beginning to end; ask yourself what works for you. And if not, find ways to optimize some things that will make work with you more enjoyable.
