There was a large outflow of German Russians and Russians of other origins in the 90s and early 2000s which form a large group also in places like Munich and Cologne. We were witness to a number of demonstrations some of which featured Russian flags outside the perimeter of the security conference this is nothing new it's quite normal for there to be protests at the MSC but what's sort of an innovation last few years has been that strong Russian presence. But I don't see any sign really that the messages are going from that community to Russia and changing things may simply be because we're not seeing that.
