What Matters?
When we're not aware of what our needs are, we're just driven by either habit or fixation on the strategies. When we're aware of what actually matters to us, lot more flexibility in choice. One aspect of it is identifying the deeper level of our needs. But it also means that we're developing a capacity an a relationship in conversation s really attuned and flexible to in this moment. Because conversation's dynamic. It's always changing. There's not straight line. And sometimes what's needed is the other person wants to be heard. We can learn to train our attention to identify different components of our experience which tend to be building towards non violent communication. So we can train our
