The Russian military notoriously struggles at any kind of dynamic targeting. You have probably seen a considerable improvement on the Russian side following September. It's very hard for me to picture that GRU now still has the Spetsnauts, you know, some of these assets to conduct the kind of operations they might have been expected to given how many people they lost in the first months of the war. That said, if you look at the development of this latest strategic strike campaign, it's clearly the most systematic strike effort they've had.
