There's a general theological point there around common grace that could be in terms of the operations of the spirit. That are non-particularly redemptive, but that are still creationally beneficial. So you can see the Holy Spirit maintaining the structures of reality and anything that overlapped with your potential like "I'm not going to destroy the world until I do it by fire"
