How Often Do You Typically Go Back to a Variation?
The only way to monetor progress with infrequent exposure to each variation, as i e question. Soi is a longer term trend. The things that people generally are less good at should be repeated more frequently, because they need exposure to those things. That's where they break down. We oftentimes return to variations. For the most part we have probably 15 to 20 exercises that every wat lifter is ddoing for the most part. Obviously some people might not do this or that, but you dont know. It works universally. Reaches the beste and it works really wellit probably works eve one else. Every time that exercise appears, there's some degree of increase in average
