Is There a Difference Between NHS and Private Sector?
We associate public service with public sector, but they're not the same thing. It's an ideological extravagance to say that NHS patients can't use private sector hospitals when taxpayer is paying the bill for NHS care according to NHS principles. If this capacity available and we can do the right sort of deal to get value for money for the taxpayer then why wouldn't you do it?
