The Importance of Taxation in China

Author: I started my PhD dissertation on taxation issues. But at that time, my theoretical focus was a little different. So I put taxation and authoritarian resilience together to provide a new explanation for authoritarian resilience. And of course, I take China and the Chinese Communist Party as my case to exploit the mechanisms between taxation and authoritarian resilient.
