Neuromodidering - Is Propofol a Good Drug?
High dose propofol is more likely to cause cardiac arrhythmia in the ICU. It's a great drug to use in cases where you're doing neuromodidering, especially SSEPs and MEPs. The other question I see them ask a lot is propofol’s effect on neuromoddering,. Otherwise they might get kind of freaked out and decrease signals.
