Well, you know, I'll quote myself. Dynamic confidence. Confidence comes and goes. Right? Imposter syndrome, we all have it. Not everybody. A lot of people have it. And the best way to combat that is to think of confidence as being dynamic. Yeah that's sort of the mindset piece. But then there's also this, you know, analytical piece of knowing when something is market data versus knowing when something is your responsibility. And I like to think about job searching and job keeping as, you know, you're running a startup. You're the CEO of your life. And so you're building a go to market plan. You're taking it to market. What's the data? And then you can depersonalize the experience a little bit more and refine your go forward plan. Yeah,

I actually really like that. It's actually funny because I'll link this in the show notes for everybody, but we built a job search dashboard. And it was based on how do we plan, execute, promote, market, and sell online courses. But it was a work backwards. So to your point, we treated it like it was a product. Your job search is the product, but you are the product. So how do we organize the plan, the strategy, the resources? So yeah, anybody who needs help with coming up with it, I'll link the job search dashboard also in the show notes. OK, McKay, tell everyone this has been such a good conversation. Tell everyone where they can find you, learn more about you, follow your work, anything that you have that they can download and help them. Yeah, absolutely. So, yeah, this has been such a delightful, delightful

conversation. Thanks so much for having me. Folks can find me on LinkedIn, McKay Rouson, and I have a special exclusive guide and resource just for career contest listeners. So send me a DM while you're on my LinkedIn page and I I'll take things from there and share a, um, a really helpful resource to help you figure out what to do when you're in a tough work environment. Oftentimes when we're just feeling really stuck, we don't know if we should stay or if we should leave, we should just sort of, you know, stick it out or if we should bounce. And, um, that can often be the stickiest and the, the loneliest place. And so send me a DM and we'll go from there. Yes,
