The Epistle to the Romans
The Epistle to the Romans was probably written near the end of Paul's missionary journeys. It isn't meant for those that don't know the basic tenets of our faith, but it's actually written to those that believed in Jesus and that understood the gospel. Most New Testament scholars agree that this is written by Paul. He simply comments about them, leaving unsaid the volumes of gospel understanding already possessed by the saints.
