There have been significant developments in how authorities try and prepare people for events like cyclones or flooding. There is now a huge network of multi purpos shelters that are used for these kinds of events. It's thought that the monsoon gets about five % wetter, which means that there is more water,. But it's also becoming more erratic, because the weather patterns the influence that one soon, are changing. And all these factors mean that people in mangledash will continue having to adapt to these changes.
In much of the world, things are improving for sexual minorities.
