Iannoaynat - I Love the Idea of the Rise Programme
The rise programme will try to identify that talent earlier in the process and give them the opportunity. Iannoaynat can be all going there, right? Exactly. But what i certainly do, i look for to celebrating the first rise widder who becomes a road scholar or any of the other kind of o major fellowships. We are very focused now, actually, on africa. And this is part of our sort of legacy equity inclusion effort. Is i we know, my goal is to get to 32 scholars a year from the african continent, which would equal the number from the united states. We're at 21 now, so we want to getting to 32 a year.
