How to Make Yourself Feel Powerful and Shiny
I want you to double down on something today and throughout the month that makes you feel sexy and awesome. The best way to really wheel new things to happen is when you feel bright and light and inspired and hopeful so after an awesome workout I want you to think optimistically and envision what it is you want yourself to be for example repeating the things you want to embody as in this next tool called my five things. These are just a another way of practicing a way of thinking it's practicing a thing to focus on like blue elephants or self-confident satisfaction.
