The Psychology of Music in the Legend of Zelda Series

The chapter is on the psychology of the music within the Legend of Zelda series. The focus was what makes the songs appealing? What keeps us attentive to the music as we play the game? And through the process of writing, we worked on multiple strains and theories in terms of ways that players and even people that just listen to the music are compelled to keep listening to it.
