Is That a First Resolution?

A resolution feels more like an intention, right? Like when I go into a pitch, sometimes my intention is just to connect with the listener. Ultimately, if I connect with them, they will remember me and they'll want to hear the next pitch. So that's a goal that I might accomplish this year,. But it's a tough thing to set as a resolution because a lot of it exists outside of what I can control. What I can control is how much time I spend putting the pieces together to move toward that goal.
