So they have to make offers to people who are selling their housesiht, and their offers are based on what ever oglem they've got to estimate the value hows. The point is that they don't have to let go to the house to assess it before the sale. They contie, this is te over. This is a bad idea. But i mean, i would assume that almost always part of that process is a person going into the house only after ben bar and like, looking at it.
