How much of the culture starts from the top? Well, I think it's a necessary condition that my management team, I, our board of directors are carrying the culture that we wanna promote. Of course every organization has a culture and the CEO's come and go. But there is a culture of caution. There's a culture of checks and balances, controls. We could blame regulators because regulators expect that kind of obstacle course for something that might be risky. It's supported by the regulator, but it's our own culture.
