The Office of the Ministry in the Lutheran Church
In the Lutheran church, we say that Jesus has given the keys of the kingdom to the church. This becomes important then for when you have this gathering of people united around the words and the promises of Jesus. And Christ has actually instituted something for this, the office of the ministry where He's given the promise that whoever hears you hears me.
