Using Halo Events as a Bridge Toward Crisis Resource Management

Anesthesia is one of those fields where you're often a doer and a leader at the same time, which in other realms of medicine really strive to avoid that. And so as you guys in the trauma bay, your brain almost has to work on two separate channels. I think we're probably under utilizing that in my space. We definitely didn't get it right every time.
