Is It Harder Than It Really Is?

I try to err on the side of being a little bit closer to failure rather than far away from failure. I've found that that helped me recalibrate my understanding of what it feels like to actually be one rep shy of failure or two reps shy of failure. And so for whatever that's worth, that's something that has helped me a little bit. From an applaud standpoint, I generally now have more lean to taking failure on the last set of a movement.
