The Federal Reserve Is Changing Course During the Neoliberal Period
The International Monetary Fund believes that the way to make an economy grows to make it poorer. The financial philosophy in a nutshell is pay labor less, leave the economic surplus for the owners of wealth and money. That's what makes Western capitalism different from the Chinese system where it's the central bank of China that creates the credit.
