The first pick reminds me of Bilbo's house from the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit movies. This is obviously a, uh, foliage tree covered kind of project, but it works. It doesn't feel forced and it has the footprint to do it. Has the footprint to kind of get away with all of that. And so many other projects just don't, they don't have that. I think if I were in Columbia, Maryland, I'd be very excited about this.
