The Onus Is Onfensive Player Development
There's going to be some rainy days when you take over programs that have had multiple years. It's a lot of one on one time and player meetings. But also when you get on the court, it's got to be about player development. At both places, I wanted those guys excited about coming to the gym. So we didn't come in and start doing defense and things like that. Like we did offensive skill development for months because what we're trying to do is, Hey, listen, we are pouring into you. We're trying to get you better.
