The Grief of Our Time
I feel such incredible privilege and joy around having come from a lineage of people who still remembered just folk medicine and folk healing. One of my earliest childhood memories is my great grandmother showing me how to pick nettles about being stung. We all have that crinkly eyed grandmother. I just wish I met her, you know, in that way it's, there's something I really yearn for elders.
