I think i've had dreams where i've invented jokes, and i've woken up excited and i've remembered it. And then, but what? I've dreamt tunes, and i've gone down and i've worked them out, and they're pretty good. So that's the so that's because, er, a tune is one thing, but a joke is a misdirection. It's a magic act in it, and it plays with it, with expectation and logic and surprise. They make out logic, so it's purely your emotions firing and practising and just being spilt.
