The State of Colorado's Equity in Employment
The state was able to hire, I believe about 1,400 people under this new criteria. Boulder County, Colorado, made that change back in 2019. It's really a powerful tool in the hands of the state government to make good on its promises,. But at the same time, 8,000 positions, and you said in 400 classifications, is a huge lift from an administration perspective.
