I'd like to go a little bit deeper into few of the specific works you talk about. I think wed be remiss to our listeners if we didn't do thatand i have to say, i think one of my favorites was your chapter on christian lavern's daughter. I am wrestling with this idea right now about identity. And my favourite novels are the stories in which people find their identity in relationship to one another, rather than as solely an individual. So it's about findinga the way that she's supposed to live in regard to other people,. verses living for her own desires.
