So I break things down to health wealth relationships. My full time job side projects, those kind of things and just setting more. So on the health side just completely input based right it's hit this many workouts sleep for this amount of time have this many training sessions has this many HRB sessions eat this way. Those are a little bit more quantifiable. But then it's what what I focus on from there is what are the daily and weekly systems that make that achievement inevitable. And so during this I treated just like meditation 10 minutes it's pure breathing. It's six seconds in eight seconds app. And you do it 20 minutes a day just like meditation, but you can measure it
