Amazon is moving forward with two, like monster sized warehousess facilities. While amazon's by far the biggest ecommerce player, it still only makes up a fraction of a typical industrial reed rent roll. Think of all these big loas, home depots, tha, cin of the big box retailers that are really expanding o their commerce footprint as well.
