How Do We Make That Happen?

The only thing in that type of situation that you have is the capacity to slow down and shift your perspective. You might not change anything around the outside, the external, but how you perceive and react to it can reduce suffering. So what i do with my clients is that i help them, i support them, to become more aware of how much the chaos, both internally and externally, is causing them harm. To make space for something else to happen.
