Are You the Kind of Person Who Loves to Try New Things?

As a manager, what's your counsel for getting out and moving up there? It's not overnight. Do that in phases. Do it as a chance to get out of the area you're working in. Those people who do that willingly really become those big broad general managers. But doing it, those examples I gave of having a robust process within an organization makes a huge difference.
