The One Time We Had Goed Two Years Without Any Runtime Exceptions in Production

The one time we had gone two years without getting any runtime exceptions in production from our Elm code. And what it turned out to be was, and this is like such a classic example of the type of thing that you would never have expected. I feel like it's all too common just for people to kind of not know how their product works and out of, especially at big companies.
