Evaluating What Worked, Isn't the Goal?

You can't make it better if all you do in your valuation sessions is fix what broke. To make it better, you have to evaluate what worked in order to make it better. Success is commonly interpreted as evidence that your existing strategy and practice is work. So sometimes success is the worst enemy of making anything better.
