Introduction

The Rapture View says that prior to Christ's final advent, there will be an invisible return of Christ. This view is very difficult to square with the scriptural teachings on the Second Coming of Christ. Some persons suggest that in 2 Thessalonians, chapter 2, there is, at least implicitly, the teaching of a Rapture. Dr. William Lane Craig: There is simply no reason to think that there is such an event as a Rapture prior to the Second coming of Christ.
