We're in the sea change um some kind of paradigm shift in the world of news coverage you've got broadcast and print falling behind as online news sources begin their rise or continue to rise including social media platforms. The emphasis then is not on critical thought but rather on the enjoyment of it all right like the goal is not to inform you so much as it is to continue your time on the device yeah This idea is dangerous and there's another point I'd like to add here on and the concept of whether or not democracy is impossible because if Dunbar's number holds up then these leaders are incapable of recognizing their constituents as human beings yikes.
