Industrial Strategy or No Industrial Strategy?

i think we should drop the term industrial strategy with ustrial applies to a small fraction of the total economy. And that's absolutely what we should do, focus on reducing inequality and increasing productivity in general. The reality is increasingly now that we will have to intervene tit's not a choice between industrial strategy and no industrial strategy. Is the choice between different sorts of o of strategy. To do that, i think we have to be much, much more critical of the historical record of british intervention. Not good enough to believe it has never been tried before. Let's go and do it.
