The Importance of High Income Countries and the International Finance System Approaching Finance Adaptation
The developed world has a responsibility to step up. There's a growing anger among nations, which comes from promises that have not been kept. We need to deploy trillions of dollars according to the UN finance report and other reports were investing about $1.4 trillion into this transition. The problem is we don't have the time; people have got to seize the initiative here. I believe we can get there, but and we're working on the mechanisms to get there.
