Fractional CFOs have been an absolute game changer for us. HR definitely need to bring that in, too. I feel like we're going to need to cut this again. We've definitely cut it. You'd say again. But that wasn't me that hired him. Alex, one of my best is literally hired him. He basically said, I've worked with this guy. You'd be perfect. And then we got on. Yeah.
