Fractional CFOs have been an absolute game changer for us. HR definitely need to bring that in, too. I feel like we're going to need to cut this again. We've definitely cut it. Energy's feeling kind of low. It's just a thing not to worry about. No one likes to go and sit in QuickBooks all day looking at boring reports and numbers. That was the most important one. You'd say again. But that wasn't me that hired him. Alex, one of my best is literally hired him. He basically said, I've worked with this guy. You'd be perfect. And then we got on. Yeah.
