The Importance of Delegation in Design

I read a very interesting book on running a design business and it talked about four days that you need to think about when it comes to structuring your business. The first stage is do decide delegate, the second is decide this is the stage where you hire more people but they're dependent on you to get approvals right They are not empowered enough to take certain decisions do I am the decision maker right so it takes time to empower the team to actually grow beyond this stage to the third one. It took me time to figure out what those things are which I'll just come to in a short bitYeah right our stage so the third stage is called delegation.
