The Importance of Bourbon Trails in Louisville

Louisville seems to be one of those cities that has that charm where it could turn into a future Austin Nashville Scottsdale. But when I looked into the regulation, yeah, there was a rule that you can't be within 600 feet or whatever it is of another STR. And it was just tough to find you basically would have to overpay to purchase something that already has that permit in place and the numbers weren't making sense. Indianapolis or Kansas City also seem to have the same feel to me.
