I think that this becomes very prevalent when you grow up a little bit. The training plan that you do now, even if there's a 10%, 20% risk of injury over the next six months, doesn't matter because you want to go away on summer holiday or whatever. And then after a while you realize, no, my goal is in 20 or 30 years to be significantly more capable than I am now. Life is a little bit different than the Olympics. There is no sort of one moment. But if you have this idea that your big moment is in the future, it's a marathon and not a sprint.
